HOW TO REGISTER STAFF AND CREATE SYSTEM USERS

In ERPRev, you must first be registered as a staff before you can be made a system user.

You can have more registered staff but few system users. For example, the office cleaner, the security personnel can be registered as a staff but will not be made system users.

NOTE:

  • If you have multiple system users that have the same function in your organization, you can use the Pre-defined Privileges module to set the role once. That way, you will not have to select each of the modules you want to assign those new users at point of creating their accounts. You will simple select the pre-defined privilege and the system will automatically configure the user account.

 

  • The default password for every new system user is "admin".
